Shipping, return and refund policy

Returned goods or products will be verified together with the receipt and the goods should also present to be in a good condition. The item should be in the original condition in the original packaging. In case the good or product has been used or damaged by the customer, there will no refund for the purchase. Vape Vandal will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods or products, customer will receive their refund within 3 days after confirmation.

Refunds exclude shipping charges incurred.

Should such need arise, kindly return your purchase to the ‘from’ address in your parcel.

All sales for consumable or disposable products are final. We cannot accept returns on or offer refunds for the following types of products:

E-Liquids, Nicotine Salts, Replacement Coils/Atomizers, Replacement Pods,  Pre-Filled Vape Pods, or any other oral-use, consumable, or disposable product.

Products listed in the clearance section or sold at clearance prices are not eligible for return or refund.

Any attempts to return consumable or disposable products will be refused, for the safety of our customers and employees.

Once transacted, orders are not subjected to changes/cancellations – unless explicitly acknowledged by Vape Vandal.

Note to international orders: ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please make sure you are familiar with your country’s e-liquid and e-cigarette customs/importation laws before ordering from us.  We will not be held responsible for orders seized by customs, and we will not falsify customs forms to accommodate any orders.

In addition, international orders may be subject to import taxes and duty fees. The customer is responsible for paying these charges.

Depending on destination country, not all parcels will continue to track once they leave Malaysia.
